AI – BIOPOT from Mecgene Instruments Technologies is a large-scale production bioreactor system designed for industrial manufacturing applications, with working capacities ranging from 1000 liters to 1 lakh liters.

The system is a packaged solution featuring a common control system with a software interface for comprehensive data acquisition and supervisory control.

AI – BIOPOT comprises fully sterilizable transfer lines for the complete system, ensuring consistent aseptic operation throughout the production process.

It is an adjustable system with precise control of temperature, RPM, pH, MTR, and OTR. As a large-scale production vessel, all parameters are strictly maintained by Mecgene’s advanced control system to ensure process stability and product consistency.

The system maintains aseptic conditions equivalent to those used in seed bioreactors of the bioreaction process, supporting reliable scale-up and contamination-free production.

This type of production bioreactor is designed based on scale-up study data, enabling accurate prediction of production titration rates and optimized manufacturing performance.
