AI – BIOSAT from Mecgene Instruments Technologies is a high-capacity bioreactor system designed for pilot and production-scale applications, with working capacities ranging from 50 to 1000 liters.

The system features a vessel integrated with a pipe rack and control panel, ensuring organized installation and efficient operation.

AI – BIOSAT supports automatic sterilization of the vessel, process piping, and filters, maintaining high sterility standards throughout operations.

For enhanced flexibility, the system can be converted into a mobile fermenter using integrated caster wheels, allowing easy movement for cleaning and maintenance.

The bioreactor is equipped with automated SIP and CIP systems, automatic pressure control, and facilities for sterilization of inlet and exhaust filters, ensuring safe and compliant operation.
