AI – CHITY from Mecgene Instruments Technologies is a robust and versatile bioreactor system designed for research, development, and production applications. The system supports working capacities ranging from 500 ml to 5 liters.
It combines cultivation and monitoring into a single platform, available in both glass bioreactors and stainless steel bioreactors, making it ideal for scale-up, scale-down, and parallel parameter optimization studies involving microbial, animal cell, and yeast cultures.
The AI – CHITY system is engineered to support studies on secondary metabolites, recombinant proteins, and vaccines, making it suitable for both R&D and production environments.
Its ergonomic design enables precise identification of subtle changes in culture growth patterns and titration rates. All parameters are accurately recorded, allowing the collected data to be effectively utilized for further optimization of product manufacturing processes.
This is a fully integrated system featuring temperature, RPM, pH, DO, CO₂, turbidity, antifoam control, and mass flow controllers (MFC).
