The system is easy to sterilize using an integrated heating coil as well as a steam generator, ensuring efficient and reliable sterilization processes.

AI – KEPLER features microprocessor-controlled operation management, enabling accurate process control and data storage from process initiation to termination for complete traceability and analysis.

An auto-sampler with an integrated product analyzer* enhances real-time monitoring and process evaluation.

The system includes a gas mixing and mass flow controller–associated air sparging system, ensuring precise gas delivery and optimal aeration.

Integrated sensors include pH sensors, a foam sensing unit with associated peristaltic pumps, and polarographic or optical DO₂ sensors, supporting precise monitoring and control of critical process parameters.
